A dear friend of mine recommended the book to me, as she knew I was struggling with many issues in my life. I was feeling unsuccessful and lost.
I have read the book and watched the DVD, and have found that my life has truly changed in just the matter of a few months. I have become much more focused on goals and dreams that I really desire, and have started finding ways to attain them.
It sounds a little odd at the beginning, but once you really start looking at your life and where it's been, you'll know how it can change where you're going in the future.
