Teacher's Lounge

Your book is full of great wisdom. I really enjoyed reading it. When you wrote about the staff room, though, I realized how different my school is. We have an amazing staff and I love going into the staff room.

If there are complaints, we are helpful and understanding with each other. Most of the time, we're talkiing about a lot of other things than students and school. It's a very relaxing and great place.

I hope this isn't the rare exception. It might be interesting to do a survey of teachers about this idea.
