Joe Braun was one of my professors in college. Actually, he’s the teacher that kicked my butt harder than any other teacher at that university – and I loved it. He had this “walkabout” in his class where you were exposed to things you’d never done before. The walkabout pushed me into creating my first website when I didn’t even know how to use a computer, volunteering to play basketball in a juvenile detention center even though I was a big, fat uncoordinated nerd and pushing myself harder than I knew I could.
