Review:
MrsPerkins .com

MrsPerkins .com site has some amazing resources on it. My favorite piece on the site is the Dolch activities. She has taken the top Dolch site words and created printable assessment sheets for the different grade levels.

There are also stories that use the words and PowerPoint presentations to further extend the learning.

I have been using these assessments with my students for a few years now and just love them. They are simplistic, easy to read and even easier for parents to understand.

For meetings with parents or administration, I use these as data to support my classroom decisions. In Professional Learning Community meetings, my team uses these to gather and analyze data on our children.

With sight word assessments , you can show parents exactly what their child knows, and where to further progress.

Overall, it is a terrific site with valuable tools!
