When I was studying SLA
by: Sharon

My professor was Dr. José Sellas. I graduated from the Interamerican in San German. One of the best times we had with him was when he showed us how to include music in the classroom. My training is for grades 4-6, but I find myself giving grades 1 and 2. I have fallen in love withis age group and let me tell you, they love music in the classroom. I sometimes have them sing about halfway through a tedious assignment and they feel so much better. So yes, I think that music has a place in ESL. This site is great, I stumbled upon it today and I am enchanted.
