I know that we have to meet with our lowest readers daily. Sometimes I can only hold their attention in little 15 minute blocks - but I pack a lot into that little time!
I would see where you might have little segments of time where you can sit and work with them even if it is 5 - 10 minutes. Those little blocks of time really add up!
