I'm finally getting into my classroom!

I have been waiting all summer to come into school and begin getting ready for the children.

Many sleepless nights have been spent thinking about amazing ideas, fun lessons and engaging centers.

After moving about 50 boxes with Ms. Dean, I feel like I'm finally ready to roll. Thank you Ms. Dean for all of your help!

Once all my materials were in my room I had to really think about how to set everything up.

It's not as easy as you'd think!

After some changes, I finally decided on a room plan that I liked and started unpacking.

I started with my children's books. To me they are the heart of a classroom and fill your soul with hope just by looking at them.

In the first 4 days of working in the room, it went from a pile of boxes to a warm and inviting environment.

I can only hope that the next few days of setting up and planning with make it even better!

With that said, I can't wait for the children to come and fill it up with excitement and learning.
